Will I receive a description of the stones when I order?

Kristalmeester has chosen to no longer add descriptions of the gemstones to the orders. Besides the fact that it was extremely labor-intensive to print out a description for each stone, it also resulted in an enormous amount of paper consumption which no longer fits with our beliefs of sustainable entrepreneurship.

On the Kristalmeester website you can of course find all the detailed descriptions of the gemstones in the Stone ABC .

Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Kristalmeester will do its utmost to ship products within 14 days of receipt of payment. three working days to ship.

You will always receive a Track & Trace code and receive updates about your shipment by email.

Crystal Master uses Sendcloud and PostNL for sending and delivering your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Kristalmeester strives to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. working days to ship.

What days do you ship packages?

Our shipping days are usually on monday , Wednesday and saturday .

During holidays and vacations these days may differ .

Can I also collect my order from Kristalmeester?
Unfortunately, picking up an order at Kristalmeester is not possible. To date, Kristalmeester is only an online store that sends gemstones and crystals.
Can I have the package sent to a different address?
Yes, you can fill this in during the checkout process!
I entered my address incorrectly...
That's not very convenient, but not such a problem if you let us know right away. Send an email as soon as possible with your correct address and your order number to info@kristalmeester.nl and if your package has not yet been sent, we can adjust it for you! (If the package has already been sent, unfortunately we can't do anything.)
Help, I haven't received my package!
How annoying! Are you sure your address is correct and that it didn't accidentally end up with your neighbors? Send us an email and we'll see how we can help!
Can you also wrap the package as a gift?

The packages from Kristalmeester are well taken care of and a real treat to unwrap. At the moment, the orders are not yet wrapped in an extra gift wrapping.

Kristalmeester can of course add a nice card to your order. Indicate in the comments field of your order what you would like on the card and we will take care of it.

Returns
Can I exchange a product?

No, unfortunately exchanging is not possible! You can return your products. You can do this within 14 days .

How can I return my order?

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Kristalmeester. To use this right, you can register the return shipment at this page by entering your order number and zip code. You can also contact us via info@kristalmeester.nl . We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation. You can then expect the amount back within 14 days on the account with which you paid.
Warranty
Help, I received a broken product!
Of course, that can't be the intention! Send an email to info@kristalmeester with a photo and your order number, then we will help you further.
Is there a warranty on the gemstones?
There is no guarantee on the loose gemstones we sell. If there is something wrong with it when you have just received it, please let us know immediately!
How long is the warranty on the jewelry?
There is a two-month warranty on your purchase of the bracelets, necklaces and pendants. If something is wrong within these two months, please let us know by sending an email with a photo and your order number.
Questions about stones
Does Crystal Master also have...?
Kristalmeester has more stones in stock than are offered in the webshop. So there is a good chance that a certain stone is available. If you are looking for a certain stone but cannot find it in the webshop, please send an email to info@kristalmeester.nl . We may still be able to supply the stone.
Does Crystal Master know what kind of stone this is?

Crystal Master regularly receives a photo of a stone with the request to identify it. However, we cannot begin this because it is very difficult from a photo.

The best thing to do is to take the stone to a gemstone fair, for example. There are many experts present who can take a close look at the stone and give you good advice. You can also post the photo of the stone on one of the many forums on the Internet.

Does Kristalmeester also buy stones from private individuals?
Kristalmeester buys very carefully and only buys from well-known traders and from the source itself. Kristalmeester is therefore not interested in buying gemstone collections or collections from private individuals.
Does Crystal Master also provide Gemstone Advice?

Of course, Kristalmeester also gives advice regarding gemstones. In addition to many years of experience, Kristalmeester has also completed a three-year training in energetic gemstone science in order to be able to advise well. If you have a question or need advice, send an e-mail to info@kristalmeeser.nl and you will receive an answer as soon as possible.

On the Kristalmeester website you can find the top left corner Search bar You can also search for the effect of stones yourself, for example by entering certain complaints for which you would like to receive support from the gemstones.

Please note: Gemstones and crystals only work supportively and are never a replacement for therapy. Therefore, always consult your doctor in case of complaints.

Questions about Kristalmeester
Does Kristalmeester also have a store that you can visit?
To date, Kristalmeester is only an online store for gemstones and crystals and unfortunately there is no possibility to visit a physical store.
How sustainable is Kristalmeester's business?

Kristalmeester does its utmost to operate as sustainably as possible. This also means that a number of choices have been made that contribute to this;

  • All shipping boxes and packaging materials are made from recycled materials. The boxes are sealed with paper tape and the bubble wrap is biodegradable. The green coils used as filling material are also biodegradable and can simply be disposed of with the organic waste.
  • Kristalmeester has chosen to no longer add gemstone descriptions to orders. Printing gemstone descriptions resulted in unnecessary paper consumption which does not fit in with our views on sustainable entrepreneurship.
  • Kristalmeester purchases stones with care and only does business with traders who are affiliated with organizations such as Fair Trade Minerals and Gems or buy locally and ensure good working conditions and a fair income. Kristalmeester attaches great importance to the stones being found in a responsible manner and to the environment, the surroundings and the social impact being taken into account.
  • Kristalmeester tries to minimize the transport movements and therefore the packages are not sent daily. Kristalmeester saves the packages as much as possible so that the packages have to be offered to the sending party at most three times a week.
How does Kristalmeester deal with Fair Trade of gemstones?

Crystal Master is a proud member of the Fair Trade Minerals & Gems (FTMG) organization. This beautiful non-profit organization promotes fair trade in the trade of minerals and gemstones. FTMG is committed to the environment, nature and the people who work in and around the gemstone mines.

Crystal Master believes it is very important that people receive a fair price for mining gemstones and that nature is not damaged and is compensated.

The FTMG organization was founded in 2009 and since then several projects have been started in South America, Africa, Honduras and Australia.
